I decided to wait until tomorrow to take my math exam. I’m going in the morning and then heading in to work. I will be so happy to be done with it. I wanted the extra night to study, and even though my boss is flexible I would rather talk to him in person about things than just call in.
I had my bike class tonight. It was a good time. I haven’t done much riding this year and I miss it. We spent most of the time going over some basic maintenance things, which, aside from actually riding, is what I’m most interested in with the class. I love to ride, or drive as the instructors keep saying, but I don’t know much about the mechanics of bikes. I made some adjustments on my brakes that I’ve been needing for a while, so that was cool.
Firefly is having a decent trip. We talked for a while this evening after she had dinner. She said she didn’t learn anything new in the class today, but they still have three days left so hopefully it’ll get more interesting for her. I’m just looking forward to her coming home.
The electrician will be here tomorrow to get started. Hopefully they can finish in one day, but I’m not holding my breath. We have all the fixtures and they’re just doing the rough in, but there will be some interesting things for them to deal with considering our low voltage wiring.
Okay, now back to the math. After tomorrow morning I have two weeks off. I’m so ready for a break.
