Firefly was back at darts this week after a break for the holidays. I thought about going with her, but then I was waylaid by bad cramps so instead I spent a few hours sleeping on the couch in a ball. Badger picked her up and brought her home, where she promptly headed to work. She called to check in since she didn’t actually come in the house and said the roads didn’t seem too bad, apart from drivers slowing up. We’ve got some snow cover now, although not enough to do anything fun in it. Hopefully they’re clear in the morning.
I’m still feeling pretty icky, although the cramps have subsided a bit. I was feeling really down earlier today about this cycle even though I’ve been feeling positive up until now, but I realized that’s rather silly since it’s not me we have to worry about. Nothing to do but wait and hope at this point…
