I took my exam yesterday, and I think I did pretty well. I also picked up the last of the tile that we special ordered for the bathroom. We got the bathroom primed on Friday night, and yesterday we painted the ceiling and got the first coat up on the walls. It looks great, and although we’ll need a second there are only a few spots of primer peeking through. We should get that done tomorrow night and we’ll be ready to start on the tile.
We went out with last night to visit with friends who were in town and got to hang out with some other folks we haven’t seen in a while. We had dinner and then headed to a bar for some drinks and socializing. It was a lot of fun.
Today we took a bit of a road trip with Bennder and girlfriend-who-does-not-have-a-nickname-yet to the gallery opening of Firefly’s cousin. Their parents came as well, and we had a good time looking at art and spending time with family. After we got back into town the four of us went out for a yummy dinner, although the service was crap.
Now I need to check on my laundry and get back to homework. Fun.
