We had a productive day today. My dad came over to finish the moulding in the bathroom. All the wood in the bathroom is done now, so we are almost, almost completely done. There is a little more trim that will go up around the door into the bathroom, but on the bedroom side. Most of it we can’t finish until the wall is done, which Bean is supposed to be coming over to finish. We’ll see if that happens.
Firefly left us there to finish the moulding while she met with the lawyer to start the process of establishing a co-parenting agreement, which is the best we can do here. We have the drafts and we’ve looked over them together, although there are a few technical changes that need to be made and we won’t be able to finalize most of it until he’s actually here. But it’s a start, and another thing off of my list. We’ll need to set up an appointment with another lawyer to draw up new wills once he’s here, too.
I didn’t make it to the gym today since we were working on things pretty late, and once it gets past a certain time I don’t like to go because it gets so busy. I’m planning to make it up tomorrow since Firefly has an appointment with the chiropractor.
Oh, and you know what we did yesterday? We found the crib and dresser we want. I think we’re going to try to go get it this week because they’re having a special where you get 25% off the dresser if you buy a crib. It will be our first big baby purchase. So exciting! Yay! And because we’re almost done with the bathroom, we might actually be able to really do something with it soon.
